Well its not New Process (since the plant shut down a few years back locally). It is Borg Warner?
Cant find a part number for it. It would settle a engineering question / discussion at work.

i don't know who physically puts them together, but all the tech (modes) is from when Ford owned Range Rover

I can't say with authority, but I'd be very surprised if it WASN'T Borg-Warner.
