Filling out the DORA today and need to decide... Moon Roof or no Moon Roof. Truck will be back and in Arizona where our Summers are hot! Never had one before on a vehicle and never really wanted one. $1,295 option. Thoughts? Liking it?

For what it's worth I found a Raptor at Sticker Price! $65,210 the way I want it!

In the blazing sun you will most likely keep the shade closed all the time anyway, so whats the point of having one? I maybe use mine 2 or 3 times a year in the evening after the sun went down on a nice evening. On my newest truck I did not order one.

Skipped on it -- my wife absolutely needed one in her Escape so we got one with it. We never used it, and it still developed a leak.... twice.

Both my last truck and current truck have them and although I will use it a few times a year, I would not order a new truck with one. Not worth the cost vs use IMO.

I've had problems with them in the past, so I'll never own another vehicle with one. YMMV
