So are their any new rumors of Ford sticking a V8 in a Raptor?

i really doubt a V8 will be put into a Raptor. With the $$ that will be invested in Hybrid and EcoBoost technology in the future, dont see this happening.

Also some of the reports i seen, i don't trust them. I havent seen any reliable (big name) sources talk about this.

i dont trust small (unknown - at least to me) sources like that. Jalopnik or the guys at Fast Lane Truck hasnt said anything about it

The 2020 oil type sheet from Ford does list the big 7.0, as well as the 3.5 ecoboost. So, some hope.

That motor is for the Super-duty's. I'll be surprised if you see it in the Raptor and out right stunned in a F150.

If it's true (it likely isn't), they would sell the crap out of them. I don't want a new Raptor because it's an Ecoboost. I would buy an Ecoboost F150, but not a Raptor. I wouldn't own an Eco truck out of warranty. And if I did buy a Raptor, I'd want to keep it for a long time.
