I went to Octane Academy a few weeks ago at the same place. Let me tell you fellas...GO GO GO! One of my instructors has run the mint 400 a few times and teaches at the raptor school too. He was telling me about how on some of the woops you can gas it at the right time and really get some air. Sounds like a really fun school and once you get the basics they really let you have fun there. Doesn't matter experience level really either, unless you are a baja racer you will have fun, and if you are one and just love trucks and cars you will have fun anyways. My only tip is stay in SLC not at the place they tell you, it's only 30 minutes and there is so much more to do right in SLC than where they would put you.
Here is a link to my write up in another forum, if anyone has interest in the general experience and Utah itself. http://www.focusst.org/forum/focus-s...017-class.html
EDIT: just remembered a quote that might get some guys interested. When I asked the teachers, "why does ford do this, what do they get out of it" The answer was something like "Ford Performance spends millions of dollars on these platforms and tries to make them as good as we can, then people get in them and don't know how to use them, we want to show you how awesome they are and how far you can push them"
Go learn your truck!

I've been. It was a blast! We didn't do any of the jumping that you see in some of the previous pics, but we did do some slow introductory stuff, then some rock crawling, and finally some high speed desert runs. I highly recommend the class for any new Raptor owners.
