It's stock. Look at the green chart lines in the graph, 377.6 HP with regular and 416.2 HP with premium.

I dont know if it would be 40hp on the street but the Raptor's factory rated HP is assuming 93 octane, so it makes sense that it would be a good bit lower on 87.
