Default Raptor tech upgrade journey

Hello everyone this is my first post on the forums.
This is also my first ever truck/car (2020 Raptor).

So here's my journey:
I picked up this base Raptor in thoughts of upgrading the following features:
Gauge cluster, Center screen + the cover around it that comes with Heated/Cooled seat control, Ricaro seats.

Car been with me for a month, and so far I got the center screen the cover around it and the gauge cluster ( Ricaros are expensive so postponed ), everything is working well, except the gauge, unfortunately I picked it up from the scrap yard as-is so not knowing the mileage, so as you thought It's higher than my original mileage, and to be honest, IDK what to do in that regard.

Another hiccup I'm facing with the Gauge cluster is with the drive modes selector, I programmed everything from my old gauge to the new one and now I can see the drive modes selector changing but I'm 90% sure it's doing nothing, because when selecting off-road it should shift into 4wd + difflock, it's not doing it, so I plugged my old gauge and when changing the drive modes it DOES shift into 4wd + diff so it's actually changing the drive modes.

I double checked the Forscan code for "Selectable Drive Mode" (720-06-01) and it's enabled (8), I changed 8 (enabled) to 0 (disabled) to see what will happen and it fully disables it (When pressing the mode selector nothing shows up on gauge). So this is not the problem.
Also I didn't test the steering comfort selector.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

It’s funny because I am shopping around for a new (used) truck and every salesman has said that so far. Or every time I call to ask about a truck it’s conveniently being looked at by a customer.
