I’ve read several online reports that the 2019 Raptor will have a 7.0L V8 option but so far nothing from an official Ford site. Anyone seen anything from Ford?

really? How are you so sure? Several ford dealers' chats were where I read about the rumors. As recently as this past June. It'd be a bummer if they didn't offer the V8. I would be tempted by a V8 Raptor but not so much by the 3.5.

Super Duty and the Cab & Chassis will get the 7.0 V8. Ford has invested far too much in the Ecoboost platform to turn back now. Ironically enough I am also in L/O.

I found a thread on Raptorforumz and I guess the consensus there is that a V8 ain’t happening. Bummer because a lot of folks seem to want it. Oh well, if I get a 150, I’ll probably do a Lariat trim, lift it and put on some nice wheels and tires.
