Did I read right and the Raptor comes with 4.2" productivity screen and not the 8"?
OK the Base 800A says 4.2 but the 801A and 802A say 8"

Hmm. Under axle options on warsurfers link it shows the lowest gearing option is a 3.73 BUT near the bottom of page 4 it shows that there is an option for the 4.10 Torsion front diff... Sooooo what's the gearing on the new raptor?

Order guide says for Raptor, standard equipment is 4.10 Rear-Axle. With 10 speeds there is no need for different ratios. The option shown is for the "4 .10 Front-Axle w/Torsen® Differential" which is a $500 option.
Standard equipment says that base level 800 comes with SYNC, and 801 or 802 give you SYNC 3.
Any guesses what that really means?

They did leave some stuff off the base model like sliding electric rear window, and base only comes with a 4.2 productivity screen so the 801 gives you both of those for about $3,000. By the time you add in some other luxury stuff plus 1195 shipping it will be close to that MSRP.
Looks like they made it a point to make the base model as cheap as they could to get you in the door, knowing that everybody will option up the price.

Wow! Quick add up of said wanted goodies...pretty damn close to $70K @ ahhh "MSRP" - that is! Have you seen the torque ratings of the new super duties? Maybe new sports car isn't a bad idea after all?...time will sway those decisions?
