I ordered a 2017 last December 2017. Dealer's salesman was super and agreed to sell Raptor at MSRP and gave a very high trade in for my 2013 Platinum F150 booster. He told me it would be weeks or even a couple of months to get delivery of my special order. I got it in September, a 2018 and had to pay the small price increases from Ford, but no more. I ordered SuperCab because the Platinum did not fit my work parking space and our woodland trails are pretty tight, so losing those inches is a good thing. I did not get a sun roof either, my last two vehicles had big nice sunroofs that I maybe opened once just to do so and never drove with them open or even uncovered. No decals either. No rimlock wheels. Other than that, I got the works.

The technology is awesome, even over whelming to some degree. It is better than the F150 I traded in every way except for payload and combined gross vehicle weight. My trailer is only 3500 pounds max, so that is not a problem, but I absent mindedly loaded it with bags of concrete mix as I had always done and found out pretty quick that I was over loaded, in that regard it is only a half ton truck and really not even that. But that is what the trailer is for anyway. The only quirky thing is how light the rear end rides and tends to bounce a bit on our rough state roads. No big deal. Very pleased so far.
