You cannot increase payload, even with airbags. You may reduce squat, but not payload or other component limitations.

Houston rider, the lowest payload I saw for the 250 4x4 crew was with the 8 foot bed at 3130. That's from ford. There's no way the denali has more payload then the newest superduty. There's f150s that are close to 2000lbs.

If payload is a concern then don't buy a raptor...

He did mention that its a 2500HD Denali... I had to check that again too.

I do believe the 2500HD is the same as the 250. I just build a platinum with the short box diesel and its 2660.

Over in the towing area, they have a payload post, someone just posted his payload at 2700 for a F150

what other components affect it? i thought i read somewhere that the reason the payload was lower on the raptor was due to the suspension.. IE shocks, springs

The only real reason the payload is lower is because of the suspension. They're saying you can't raise the payload because no matter what you do your door jam will still read the same, so for liability reasons there is nothing you can do.
