Default V8 Triton 2000 F150 with 185K miles

has developed timing chain noise. Any ideas on approximate cost to fix the problem?

It would be an independent shop mechanic who has done work for me previously, I would just like a guesstimate of what would it cost if, for instnace, they have to replace the actuall chains, the guides and the sprockets.
