If it's misfiring you should get a code, if you get a code reader it will tell you which plug. Once you know which plug you can move the coil to another location and see if the misfire follows the coil (for example if 3 is misfiring move it to 1 and see if the code changes to point to 1.) Replace plug or coil as needed.
