Question Noise from intake manifold (FOUND)

Hi @ all

I noticed a strange noise, at the area of right Bank (driving direction)
i think it is somewhere at the Intake manifold.

(I also noticed a significant short Term Fuel Trim difference between bank 1 and 2, Bank 1 is abnormal at 20% while bank two (left bank in DOD) is about 1-3%)

When i pull the throttle, the Noise dependents not on rpm.
But when i pull the Throttle, FAST and release it Fast, the Noise is gone, while pulling, and appears when the rpm drops to idle.

It is just gone in the Moment, when the Engine needs much Air,

The noise sounds like grinding or so, but not rpm depending.
and definitely somewhere from the "Plug, Injector, Intake Area", but not point able.

its a black plastic intake mani. and a Aluminum Cross Coolant line

Does it leak any oil from that side of the motor?

I would remove my intake manifold and make sure there is no material inside there that could possible get inside your cylinder walls. If there is no material then i would start by checking your injectors and pull the spark plug and check as well. There shouldnt be a grinding noise at all in your intake manifold. If everything is okay then you have something internally wrong and you need to tear it down or get it looked at asap.

its LIKE a grinding noise, but NOT RPM depend
it it sounds like soft Rubber lip which vibrate.
but more like high pitch Grinding.
and its shortly away, when i pull / pluck the Throttle
Just in the moment, when the Engine breathes more, but the Rpm still not increases.

how can i remove the cross water line, without spilling Water in the first Inlet?
or how can i be sure, that no water is left in this line, after draining.

And is there another Cross Water line, at the Firewall?

And How is that Cross Waterline Sealed to the Plastic Manifold?
Because, HEAD-Gasket-Manifold-CrossWater ?

Default Found

I've Found the Noise Generator:

The Passenger side PCV Valve, made this strange sound.

I've removed it, and when shake it, the metal piece in it, strikes the the Housing and rattles

OK, i took it apart, and see the Spring in it is very soft and to short (i think)
i stretched it, as far as it doesn't rattle.
And the i have glued it together.

Now the Sound is away.

But i think, that wasn't the only Problem, cause the PCV Valve Rubber seat, fits not tight enough, i think.
so the Vacuum sucks Air trough the gap between PCV and Rubber Grommet, und gets to flutter/rattle.
when the noise where appear, the engine Idle run, does not change if i opened the Oil filler Cap.

Now, it does, when i open the oil CAP (it gets extra air trough the Oil Intake trough the PCV)
it seems that now, the Grommet around the PCV is tight enough,

So i will try tomorrow, to set the Spring as Original, so that rattle while shaking is possible, and try to make the Grommet leak proof.
and then the Strange Noise should also be gone.

Caus the Spring is now to strong, smooth enough to suck Case Gases but stronger as it should be.

Why does Ford the PCV not before the Throttle body? then a Valve wouldn't be necessary
