first check out the laws in your town ot state about noise! here in ky you can run about anything as long as you have the cats on if it came out with them. i changed mine to true duels with 4in turbos with 2.5 pipies and chromes out under the bumber. it sounds great a little loud so you can hear it when your driving and real good when you push down. don't know about cfm but mine flows good and has plent of power.
