Default Cam Position Sensor trouble.

2005 Ford F150 5.4 FX4 with 163,000 miles.
Brief history.
blew a spark plug and two ignition coils, I replaced all plugs and coils. Ran fine then started stalling. Codes came back for the VCT solenoids. I replaced both solenoids, cleaned throttle body, ran an injector cleaner, and replaced fuel filter and the air filter with a K&N air filter. Ran great for several months.

Now,
entire driver side cylinders are misfiring, and the engine won't turn over. codes are saying the cam position sensors are bad. I replaced them and still wont start. If I unplug the passenger side, It starts and runs but runs terrible like it's out of time. Once you plug it in, the trucks stalls out. Any Ideas are greatly appreciated, I've pretty much hit my level of mechanical troubleshooting...thanks yall.
