Default 5.4l heads on a 5.0l block

has anyone ever put 5.4l heads on a 5.0l block, or do you think it would work, cause i know you can put 5.8l heads on a 5.0l block, and a 5.4l is in the middle, its just an idea but if anyone has any input about the differences or similarities it would be greatly appreciated

Absolutely not, totally different engines. The 5.0 and 5.8 are pusrod motors, cam sits in the lifter valley over the crank.
The 4.6 and 5.4 are overhead cam motors, there are chains and tensioners going from the crank to the heads.
