looking to tune up a 4.6 f-150?
i am looking to tune up my 2003 ford f-150. Its is a 4 wheel drive full four door. I am looking to get more miles per gallon. I plan on doing a higher quality plugs and wires then do a cold air induction. I am mostly looking for some guidance if any one had some good luck with a brand of plugs or cold air induction. I am open to pretty much any advice to get mpgs. Thanks

I personally don't have any experience with cold air, exhaust, or anything like that. In fact I am getting my first cold air Thursday. From what I have read cold air goes both ways as far as mpg's. I mean helps or no change. I do know it adds HP and helps with throttle response or that seems to be the general consensus.
