When you say tune what type of one? Hptuner custom tune? PHP tune? Dyno tune? Bully dog (plug n play tune).
With the intake and a custom tune with the airflow. Getting the fuel mixture right to change the MAF curve and the timing raised and get that trans to shift like it should i would bet more gains can be had.

From the email tunes i have dealt with in the past. If there is anyway to get them logs before doing an email/canned tune the out come will be a lot better. I would say for whp i dont see why you couldnt get 20-25. But the environment i came from was supercharged grand prix's. The last one i owned put done 330 whp on stock timing & on e85. Maybe these pickups are a little different when it comes to tuning bc every vehicle responds differently.

I got an sct x3 custom tuned by 5 star and I like it alot.. But you gotta realize gas engines sewn like diesels you won't see Huge gains.. I noticed alot better throttle response a bit better gas Milage and ether shifting but besides that not much .. Get in touch with mike at 5 star and tell him what you want he'll help ya out. Ohh and fords 5.4 has a long stroke so it's hard o make them fast like those short stroking "hemis" they're fake hemis but still they're fast
