I have a Flowmaster 40 with 1 in and 2 out and rolled chrome tips out the rear. Personally I love the sound of the flowmaster 40 with the little bit of rumble you get. I've never had glass packs on a v-6, but I've read other posts on this issue and have read that packs make a 6 sound like a rice burner.

the flowmaster will sound better than a glasspack on a 6 cyl. The chambers help kill the rice sound that every 6 cyl has in the higher revs.

I don't have a flow master but i do have a magnaflow and everyone that hears it thinks it have a v-8, so i would definitely go with the flow master.

Definitely go with Flowmaster I had glasspacks made my truck sound like a big freaking honda. Got rid of those got my exhaust done with true duals and a x pipe with 40 series dumped over the rear end and man this thing sounds so beast!!!!
