Default Cylinder 3 & 5 misfiring (or not at all)

180,000 miles. 2000 6 cylinder, always maintained well.

Today the truck started driving roughly. Soon after, the check engine light came up. Pep Boys hooked it up and diagnosed it as being cylinder 3 and 5 misfires.

Obviously, I know Im in a bad situation. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations? I have the knowledge the replace bushing and spark plugs, no engine experience though I am a good learner.

Anything is appreciated, especially work estimates.

Im in Austin Tx if that matters.

Going to replace spark plugs. Hoping they were simply fouled. So much work to do, so little time
