93 300 6:the idle air valve cicks when battery connected
 

when i touch the negative post of my battery terminal with everything off my idle air valve clicks.this componant was put on new just before i baught truck.could domeone help me chase down this wires color and routing to see where its bypassing the ignition switch?does this hurt function also?
