can we have a 3.3L sub forum added? Loving the engine, but would like to ask questions specific to it.

Might not be wise to get your hopes up. Most on here think very little of the 3.3 . Fuelly . com don't even list it as an 2018 engine.. Very little talk about the 3.5NA also and it has been out a few years. Those guys seem to keep low. Most of those on here could not answer your questions about the 3.3. Even though there are some posters here that could argue with a fence post. I have kept a record of every gallon of gas my truck has used, (10000 Miles) on three different apps. I had thought I might post it so that those that might google 3.3 gas mileage might get a hit. But I think that thread would get trashed with bad posts, so no.
But best of luck.

Crazy how nobody has anything to say about these 3.3s. The sport and tow/haul modes turn this into a totally different truck and I still get around 12 mpg towing in the mountains

Agreed! Tow/Haul or Sport are really great. I'm glad I went with it.

When I tow this I'm generally around 18mpg (in Tow mode).

Driving around in just the "economy" mode, I've been averaging 20-20.5MPG. (That's 90% City driving too).

how much does your camper weigh and what type is it. How well does your truck go up mountains with that camper? Im interested in getting a camper in the future. Would my truck be fine pulling that with the 3.55 gears. Im guessing you have the 3.73.

itís a kZ sportsman 26í with one slide out for the dining area. It weighs about 6k loaded, when Iím in the mountains I definitely have to give it the gas but I have never struggled to stay with the flow of traffic. I have 3.73 gear ratio so Iím good for about 7k with my truck setup, you have to look in the tow guide to see what a 3.55 yields you

im thinking the more I look into this I think I'm at 5000 pounds by looking at the ford brochure. Although my owners manual says 9000 pounds. Which one is right?
