TSB on 2016 2.7 ecoboost
Good evening,
I'm new here and just looking for some advice. I bought a new 2016 f150 XLT 2.7 ecoboost 45 days ago. I drove the truck for two and a half weeks. The truck start blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust and it is having the cyclinder heads replaced. I have now been out of the truck for two and half weeks. The truck only had 1800 miles on it! I have been waiting on a water pump gasket that is on back order. I work for the dealership and i feel like i am being treated worse than a customer. Is there any computation I should go after through for. I have heard about the buy back program, I just don't know anything about it. Any advice is welcome.
Thank you.

It's covered by warranty, if the repair is done correctly then this will solve the issue for you.
The only issue is the install of the heads, I would rather have the long block if it comes to that on my 2016.
How did it turn out for you?
