2004 Ford F150 Heritage 4.2L blew out spark plug
 

4.3L blew out the number 2 plug. I bought the truck used now has 123K miles. I assume aluminum heads. I removed the number 1 plug and looks like whoever replaced them last failed to use antiseize on the threads. Can these be helicoiled without removing the head?
