Default 1st and 2ed gear grinds

Today I got pretty hard on the throttle going about 10 mph and my truck shifted to first started to move then made a very loud grinding noise and shakes the truck a little bit. Now every time I roll slowly then get on the throttle in 1st or 2ed the same noise happens. Along with a lot of trouble lights. Advance trac, trac control, service engine, engine light, along with many others.

I’m wondering if I just destroyed 1st and 2ed or something else. Also would it be cheaper to rebuild this trany or do a manual swap. Any help would be appreciated

truck details
2011 f150 3.5L 4x4
6R80 trans
Small “engine” mods like CAI and off-road downpipes.
6inch lift. Don’t know if that matters

a manual swap would be very cost prohibitive as ford never designed a trans to go behind the 3.5 Eco, would all be custom
