vibration after shackles and pinion shims

I dropped my rear 2" which shackles and had a vibration so I added 2.5 degree pinion shims and it got a little better but its still there at 15mph. What degree should I try next?

Did you install the fat end toward the front or rear of the truck? Maybe you dont need any. I used shackles that lowered almost 2 3/4" with no shim and have zero vibration on a crew cab 5' 6" bed.
