I just tried to build one on Ford.com. Everytime you try to do the eco in RC it forces you to change it to SCab. That's not to say you couldn't find one in a salvage and put an eco in it. lol.

Ok gotcha. Thank for the info. So there is still hope! I guess i'll just have to go with the 3/5 drop and cross my fingers. Thanks again.

Maybe they changed it for 2014 when the tremor was released to try "forcing" sales if you want that configuration. But it used to be possible.

No sir, you cannot get an XL regular cab short bed 2 wheel drive with the EcoBoost. Ford doesn't make that configuration in the F150.

Yes you "could." Obviously not anymore, but I've seen it for myself too. XL short bed EcoBoost. Like I stated already, they probably took that away to promote tremor sales.

Could you find one? I've never seen one...just like before 2014 they didn't let you buy a RCSB 5.0.

Yeah I've seen a couple around my area. They are fleet work trucks, but still. You could change all you wanted on them making them look the way you want for less than a tremor.

I've been building my dream truck on the ford site for more than a year. The only rcsb option I remember was the 3.7L. The eco was only available with the long bed until 2014. Thats why I was suped when I stumbled upon the Tremor options.

Did you make any other modifications other than the Ground Force kit? Getting ready to do one. Yours looks real good!
