or I'll go with the Mcgaughys flip kit if it's just a 4" and save having to use a 1" lift shackle too, I don't care, lol

I think the 5" is a DJM if I'm not mistaken

I know you quoted me on a 5" kit with shocks and all once before I think

wow coil relocators and rear 4 inch kit for 420 thats a lot I sell mcgaughys also just don't use the relocators due to shock issues. Also try to stay away from springs. The stock struts dont like being lowered on and ive swapped more than my fair share since 2004 that had springs on them or more recently mcgaughys relocators on stock struts and the stock shocks ride ok at first but ride degrades fast.

Good luck with the kit.

as for the rear mcgaughys djm or belltech kit they are pretty much the same but the djms lets you adjust the pinion angle.

lol, yeah that's kinda why I would really like to use my Belltek front kit, since it's struts that are DESIGNED to be lowered, but still using the OEM springs so the ride stays the same for the most part

all I really want is a rear flip kit, and now I'm just wanting a 4", and using new shocks that are designed to be on a lowered suspension. this wont be my first lowered truck; I know how well stock shocks hold up to being on a lowered truck

not taking anything away from mcgaughys they are a great product but after belltech came out with the drop struts they couldnt make a drop strut so just came out with relocators which repositions the spring lower on the shock but you still have the stock shock in there and its not designed to be lowered on.

the belltech front kit you can lower and on the belltech/kw double adjustable coilovers those things handle so nice and you can dial in the ride exactly as you want.

in rear 4 inch kit with the djm lowered climax shocks ive never had a issue with. Some people rather just do the flip kit djm to save money for 4 inches but then run the new belltech front struts/rear shocks which is another great set up.

front belltech drop struts 0-3 inch drop struts
rear belltech street performance shocks
rear djm 4 inch flip kit
$650 shipped to your door if you see it for less ill beat it.

nortex here are 1 of my 2 customers feel free to email them they are very upset and when they talked to mcgaughys pretty much told them well they are stock struts what do you expect. both of these customers had me take off the mcgaughys kit and put on the belltech drop struts and djm rear kit also that helped a lot with the rear djm kit since you can adjust the pinion.

tingram2010@aol.com and tell him about you truck. his was a 09 and within 5k miles truck started to ride worse and leaking from one of the struts. This is why i dont and will not touch a coil relocator or springs on any 04 up ford trucks they are just not meant to be lowered with the stock struts still on.
