You shouldn't have a problem running 22" wheels. HawaiiKid has the same truck and same drop on 22" limited rims with bigger tires than stock, look him up.

Yup, I'm running the factory 22 inch Limiteds (powdercoated gunmetal) wrapped in 275/50R22s. Lock to lock steering, no issues anywhere so far on my 3/5 DJM drop with helperbags in the back Pictures to follow from my phone...

That's a sick truck man, love those Limited 22s.

..

Here's mine, it's still got stock rims but check out the Custom Badges I made for it.

I painted them Kodiak Brown Metallic to match the truck.
