the bare minimum people should do- is install drop shackles. it's how the truck should come from the factory.
Guidry123- looks much better, don't you think? And sacrifices nothing in load or towing. Well done. (...keep going...lol)

I like it.
I have always thought that my last truck was going to be the last with chrome on it. But this is now the second white single cab I have seen on here with chrome that looks great.

Thanks. I've never been a big fan of chrome myself. In fact I thought about de-chroming my truck at one time but now I'm glad I didn't. I think just the right amount of chrome can look really good. . . especially on a white truck. They just seem to go well together.

I've had it on for about a year now and so far I'm happy with it. I think the Ground Force is a good kit but it's not complete without a good set of shocks and at least a rear swaybar of your choice.
With the Bilstien shocks and Hellwig sway bars it has a firm ride, not bone jarring but definitely firm. . . even more so since I added the 1 1/2" front bar. Personally I like the firm ride, it instills confidence that it's holding to the road and the handling is great with very little lean in the turns.
I will say that the kit was a little pricey considering the only parts I used were the front coils, rear leafs and bump stops, but all in all I'm satisfied with my choice.
How are you liking it on your truck so far?

I get were your coming from. I will be the first to admit that the stock XL wheels aren't the best looking wheel out there. . . not even close. To be honest I've had them on for about 6 months and for the first few weeks I wasn't sure I liked them. At the time I decided to go this route I couldn't decide what wheels I wanted but I knew I deffinently wanted a unique look. I thought hey . . . these could look good if done right. Kind of a vintage street rod look with a modern twist. One day I might get tired of them and move on to an aftermarket wheel or one of the manny good looking OEM wheels that fit our trucks. Probably in a 20 or 22". But for now I'm kind of liking them. Like them or not you have to admit I did hit the mark as far as them being unique.

Glad to see you didn't use the shocks that come with the kit either, they are way too stiff, I put the stock ones back in. They forgot to include the bump stops with my kit so I purchased some Belltech ones. I like the ground force kit, but sometimes I think I should have got a 3/5 DJM/Belltech to go a little lower
