My budget is $500-600 or even less if something is offered that is worthwhile. I don't want the truck to ride like it has bricks for springs and shocks.

$600 i would do this

front belltech drop struts with new rear shocks
rear djm 4 inch kit

So you would have brand new shocks all around (front is a lowering strut) and rear djm 4 inch lowering kit. The rear shocks are shorter and i spec for the drop.

The stock struts on these trucks ARE NOT made for lowering springs. On the customers trucks I do i see the stock struts go out in about 5-7 k miles. The belltech front drop struts are made to be lowered on and keep your ride very good.

if you want to go less you can do front springs and rear djm kit with no new rear shocks. that would be $450 shipped and springs would be belltech

I suppose you would be the guy to ask. I found some ebiach lowering springs it is a 2/2 drop. What will this do and do you offer any products like this? I have been a car guy for years but only work on motors and cosmetic stuff. Never messed with suspension kinda lost on the whole deal.

http://www.americantrucks.com/eibach...prings-22.html

What im mostly wondering is can I install a kit like this and it not require any other components? Or will it eventually damage some part of the truck. Wil ride quality suffer? Stuff like that.

all that is is front springs rear shackles. If you want to get a better ride trust me on this the belltechs do ride better and will be cheaper than that shipped
