Next time look at the Pirelli Scorpion Zero Assimetrico. I always run that tire but the 305/35/22's I had on my Procharged Ram R/T were flawless. They hooked as well as can be expected in a 650 hp blown 2wd on a road race suspension and handled flawlessly. I don't think there's a better tire on the market.

I just got rid of my Yokohama Pradas for Toyo proxies. The Yokohamas started to chunk the tread at 15,000 miles. So far ive got 7,000 on the Toyos and haven't had any issues

They're not here yet, what's the stickiest 305/35/24 in your opinion? I thought the grabber but don't like buying tires that are 1.5-2 years old already.

Just checked out the vogues, 460aa wear rating indicates a fairly hard compound, the nitto are a 420aa. I liked the grabber 320aa but alas they're discountinued so it's only old stock left in my size

Nittos are also 460aa.... Sounds like your looking for more of a performance tire than I am. I am looking for a balanced mix. 460aa wont bother me as I prefer a slightly harder compound to wear longer. Used softer compounds on my Altima SER in a 19" tire and bought tires more frequently.... Link me to where you researched the Grabber tires..... i wouldnt worry too much about 1.5-2 yr time span. Im sure they are fine...lol but I understand. The Pirelli will be slightly more stickier out of the tires that I have researched. My wife has them on her Audi Q7 and I think they wear a lil faster, but thats the trade off. Tires that are ultra high performance are going to wear faster by nature due to the softer compound.

I found the grabbers as available in 305/35/24 so I started googling....lots of info on the trailblazer ss forums and some lightning forums too. They're priced decent but soft. Ya I want performance first, going to need to plant 650rwhp as that's the goal. Already have the Roush SC, just upgrading pulley, injectors, boost-a-pump, TB, iat sensor, tune and a few other odds and ends.

I really wish they still made the BFG TA's I used to run on my srt10, tread life sucked but they stuck like glue. It was that truck which turned me against Pirelli, the tread wear was good but I lit them up everywhere

I guess I could just lay off the go peddle but what fun is that
