3 more inches
ok go ahead and say it and get it outa the way and we’ll move on. I have the Ground Force lower kit on my truck and I need to 3 more inches of drop in the rear. Even 2 more inches would be a help. I know I could do a flip kit and put back on the factory shackle, but that’s going to net me 4 and I don’t want to drop the front anymore. Was debating about pulling the small helper leaf out or just getting a new set of leaf springs made unless anyone can point me in a better direction

Ok, I'll say it. "That's what she said"
Your only other option is to have your rear springs de-arched. On my 2016 2wd that is what I did. They were able to get right at a 3" drop with the stock shackles.

Was just finishing up the wrap for the trim pieces. I dump my exhaust. Truck used to be black so the rake didn’t bother me as much. Now being lighter it really stands out
