I thought about the re arch ,seems like a option just thinking about it doesn't it seem like the spring would get longer hmm but they been doing it for years .we used to do that years ago to get some lift on our 4x4s before there were store bought lift kits when trucks were trucks

it does get longer as it flattens out, but there should be enough movement in the rear shackle to account for the lengthened springs. I ran re or de-arched springs on my 05 Silverado regular cab short bed. I actually had them done twice to get the ride height that I wanted without doing a flip kit. The springs were actually "S" shaped by the time I got the drop that I wanted. It was dropped enough that I wound up having to do a c notch because of the axle bumping the frame, even without a flip kit.

VAS fabrication and suspension make a spring slider kit also that allows the springs to move forward and backward, but it's mostly intended for race set ups, I believe.
