The guys that installed this and had to cut the carrier bearing drop bracket off, it looks like there is already a hole in the bottom side of the crossmember that the stock bolts runs through, so i would only need to drill through the top side of the crossmember. I’m just worried the carrier bearing itself won’t be sitting fully on the crossmember with how big the factory hole is

The 1001SP kit doesn't have you relocate the carrier bearing and I'm not sure that anyone has done it with this kit. Every kit I've seen that wants it done includes some brackets and new hardware to be used.

My bad I though the 1001sp was a 5.5” drop out back and was going off of the instructions on the Belltech directions (https://www.belltech.com/extras/docs/BBGC/6446-888.pdf)

my kit kit is a Franken drop with a crown flip kit and a add a leaf to get around a 5” drop.

there are 2 different wheels... the 1st is the 24x10 Dub Shot Calla wheels, the current set is 24x10 Velgen forged wheels. Both wrapped in 305/35/24 tires. Next set of wheels are HRE wheels in 24x10.

Default 1001 SP with black sport wheels

I just got mine installed with the included 3* shims. I have some low speed vibration around 15 to 25. I bought a bunch of shims and my installer will be checking which one will work out best. Other than that, this drop has made it easier to get things out of the bed and still keep it as a a truck. I dont scrape on speed bumps butit still has a sporty look.

The truck looks great! The included 3* shims were crap and vibration was pretty bad. I had a set of custom 5* shims made that fit the springs and perches properly but they still weren't quite enough and left a slight vibration on heavy takeoff. I'd expect to use at least a 6*, but I'm really wondering if it doesn't need a combination of shims and moving the carrier bearing... Although you've got a Supercab, not a SuperCrew, so it may be a little different for you. I removed my kit and lifted my truck before I ever got around to messing with it more, although I've been toying with the idea of going back to a lowered setup again.
