Well it wasn't exactly a video and this article was printed in 2013 so a lot may have changed. I did recently contact them regarding the 2015+ F150 4wd.

That article is talking about 2wd "LIFT" spindles on a 4wd, not lowering spindles.

Well sir you would be correct, don't know how I missed that but an e-mail exchange with Maxtrac told me they same thing. Have you ordered up your spindles yet....very curious now.

I called Maxtrac last year about using their 2wd spindles to lower a 4wd and they said it would not work. According to them, there is not enough clearance for the 4wd hub to fit into the 2wd spindle opening. I did a 3/5 drop on my 2013 4WD several years ago using a Belltech kit and DJM lower arms and its worked pretty good.

I'm looking into a 2019 4wd RCSB and doing a 3/5 drop, so I'm always on the lookout for a better way.
