Hey man... heres a pic of my stock leaf spring setup... the leafs still bow down, they just sit ontop of the axle instead of the bottom...

Notice the plates on the "flip kit" are different also, yours rest flat against the leaf where as mine is rounded to conform to the axle... I believe the U bolts are different also... Oh yea... and no blocks on my 2wd

Thanks man...Would it be okay to use what I have to flip the leaf springs? or do I need to buy something different to use when I flip them?

Yep just put the plate on top of the leafs with the axle under.

Try plastidip... It comes out a really nice flat black and its really really easy to apply. Plus, if you dont like it you can always peel it off.

Homedepot sells it for like $7 a can...

There are a bunch of threads on here about it but you can always go on youtube and search "plastidip wheels" and there are a ton of videos on the stuff. The stuff is awesome... Pretty durable too

Ok pretty much wanting to do what this guys f-150 looks like, but a few differences ( after i get back from afganistan) I'm lookin at a 3/5 drop by djm, but I have no idea what sort of room that will leave me for rim and tire size. Can any body please help me out? ( long time raised fan, but new to the whole street truck scene)
