THAT TRUCK HAS A FLIP KIT ON IT. on a stock truck the axle is UNDER the leaf springs. it definitely looks like an aftermarket coil spring as well. OE's are normally black.

when say unflip..do you mean by just flipping the rear leaf springs? so it looks more like a bridge and not bowing in? not too sure on what unflipping them mean.

Yeah you would take the flip kit off and put the leafs back ontop of axle using the brace and ubolts on truck stock which your bolts would work i think since im sure you dont have the stock u bolts

I could be wrong but the 2wd don't have blocks in rear.

Oh ok, Nice to know!...so it looks like I have everything I need already for the rear to be raised up on the truck already..just "unflip my leafsprings" and put OEM coils on the front!

yes that's correct. as long as the leaf spring "perch" on top of the axle tube was not modified or removed during the lowering process, then it should be fairly simple to put ot back to stock height. not 100% sure but you may also need to buy some stock U-bolts as well.
stock coil springs for the front should get you where you need to be.
