i need a computer for an E4OD in my 91 F150, 2 wheel drive 302

Isn't the E4OD operated by the PCM? Does it have its own computer?

Up here? In Washington? Cloudy with intermittent rain every so often. At least where I am. Its not right now but could start soon, dark clouds slowly moving my way.
