This belongs to my brother. He kept it when he sold his 2001 F150. Was used on the truck between 2008-2016. Still in perfect shape, the original coating started to come off on both edges under the headlights. This bumper with the optional pre runner style bars was about $1500 new. Picture here from when the bumper was still installed. You can see why the areas on the edges have trouble with the finish over time. It's an awesome bumper I had the basic iron bull bumper on my 02 F150 also. I painted mine to match the truck. I cannot get the iron bull website to show the customers pics for 97-03 F150s but our trucks were on there at one time.
