Engine Block Heater

Title says it all, WTB a engine block heater. Preferably the Freeze plug replacement style thats OEM with ford 4.6 and 5.4 engines. Who's got em?

I have one that came with my truck. I live in south and dont need it. Have no idea how to remove it tho
