WTB: 24 collared lugnuts

I need a full set of open end collared lugnuts to fit the wheel centercaps onto. They look like they have a built in washer... not looking to spend more than $40 shipped.

yes, like a stock set for an XL, for steel wheels or for center caps to mount/snap onto...
