Yes they are I had them on my truck but took them off for bigger tire for a lift.

I'd take them, but $195 + shipping is way too steep for used flares that I'd need to paint to match. Unless you find someone with a silver truck, they're gonna be a tough sell at your asking price considering new ones are much cheaper.
