When I took these pictures, and even when I previewed them/saw them in thumbnails, they were right side up. I have no idea why the forum chose to flip them. I'm just cleaning up shelves in the garage and figured since I'm not using these, I might as well chuck them out to someone who can.

Having said that, this is an OEM throttle body. Throttle body is a take-off from when I replaced the throttle body with a performance version about a year ago. I thought my problems were throttle body related, they were not and so I've kept this one around as a spare since then.
