I traded my 2010 Lariat before I got the chance to install this kit. It locks out the cam phasers and eliminates the ticking noise that is common in the 3 valve engines. This kit is for 2004-2014 3 valve 4.6 and 5.4 engines and it comes with everything that originally shipped with it when I bought it. Had good intentions of installing in the near future, but the Ford rebates on the new 2018 models were too tempting.
I paid $749 for the kit, but I'll let it go for $680 and free shipping to the US only. I'm in central Mississippi if you're local and want to pick it up.
