Yes to go with bilstein 5100 shock you will need the lower spring seat from the oem shocks. They no longer sell the fabtech white shocks like yours, they are discontinued. They replaced them with bilstein shock made for fabtech. But there like double the price for just the front as for all 4 bilstein 5100.
