Slight improvements in mileage if you can keep foot off gas....yes legal in cali...yes can be deprogrammed in seconds....i dont think it fits 09 trucks just 04-08 due to different tranny programs in computers

For different mods you would need a different tune theyre only 60 bucks once you have the programmer already
