Yes, you can still adjust the pedals with no issues.

Works on damn near every Ford that's not drive-by-wire.... FYI.

RBV's (Rangers/Explorers/Bronco II's) are the most notorious for this issue.

I only had multi colored zip ties for some reason. Good thing this is way under the dash.

... And this mod could actually make it worse. So long as the TB blade is opening fully, all this mod does is a) move the throttle blade sooner (i.e. closer to the beginning of travel), and b) strain the cable and linkage when the driver tries to push the pedal further than the throttle components can move. In my opinion, the only time this mod should be used is if/when the throttle blade does *not* open fully when the pedal is pushed to the floor, and then only enough slack should be taken up so it does. This mod does have its place, but as a "problem-fixer," not a "performance-enhancer."
