i have an 03 xlt fx4 and i was wondering if im supposed to have door courtesy lights. i feel like i should but im not sure.

Mine does also. If you want them, pull the door panel off and see if there are wires for it. If not it shouldn't be too hard to wire some up and find a clear lens.

Mine doesn't, but it just depends on the package the truck came with. XLT isn't a stand alone, set package. And the lights are one of many things available, yet not standard for the XLT. I would like to wire some in mine, with LED's in them

thanks guys, yea i wanted to swap my lights out for leds too and was just trying to see what i would need for the spring and noticed that i dont have any lol

Any ideas on where to find clear lenses?

Just pull the door panel and see if you have the harness, if you do, throw a bulb in. You should be able to find clear lenses on either eBay or a salvage yard
