Wrecked Truck...

Well, its only money.
Be thankful your OK. Thats whats most important.
A friend of my daughters , 21, rolled truck several times a few weeks ago after running off road. He had severe brain damage and didnt make it. Left wife and small kids . very tragic.

I'm glad you're OK, sorry about your truck.
What tail lights were those? ...I'm not scavenging, I just like them.

Wait a damn minute here.... why isn't this jackass's insurance doing the paying? I'd hand over any and every damn receipt for anything and everything you've done to that truck. This douchebag needs to feel some pain for driving like an idiot. If I was in your shoes, I'd take this turd to court if I had to.

basically he was driving his mom's truck. And apparently their insurance made the guy that hit me sign a paper saying that he is not insured on the truck and can not drive it. So as of right now I'm getting $0 for insurance. They told us the best thing to do is sue at this point....

Make sure that you ha e proof of that signed document. If they did sign it, then the guy either "stole" the moms truck or she willingly let him drive it without insurance covereage, which is against the law. Sounds like mother AND son could be liable for any damages.

Impressive how the truck held up. Glad you were able to get out as well. Sounds like the driver and mom are pulling some shady stuff. Cowards
